Terms of Service

TokenAir may be offered in early access, preview, beta, or limited availability stages. Features, model availability, rate limits, pricing, documentation, and account configuration may change as the service develops.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You must promptly rotate keys or notify us if you believe credentials have been exposed, compromised, or used without authorization.

You may not use TokenAir to violate laws, infringe rights, attack or disrupt systems, attempt unauthorized access, abuse model providers, bypass security or rate limits, distribute malware, or submit content that you do not have the right to process.

TokenAir may route requests to supported model families and infrastructure providers. Output quality, latency, availability, policy behavior, and model capabilities may vary by model, provider, account configuration, and usage pattern.

Pricing details may depend on model family, usage volume, account configuration, and early access onboarding. TokenAir does not guarantee fixed pricing, discounts, or savings unless they are expressly confirmed in a separate written agreement.

We work to provide a reliable service, but TokenAir is provided without a guaranteed uptime commitment unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. We may suspend, limit, or change access to protect the service, comply with law, or address abuse, security, billing, or operational issues.

You are responsible for prompts, files, outputs, and other content submitted through your account, as well as for evaluating whether model outputs are accurate, safe, and suitable for your use case.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TokenAir and DUALDUST TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
